ArtfulBits DateTime Column is similar to standard SharePoint DateTime column. Essential feature of our component is cross-browser support (IE, Mozilla, Opera, Safari and Google Chrome compatible).



Apart from the common Gregorian calendar, this also includes several other calendars that use different year and month systems, such as the Gregorian Arabic calendar. Supported calendars: Gregorian, Gregorian Middle East French, Gregorian Arabic, Gregorian Transliterated English, Gregorian Transliterated French.

Installation Instructions
Installation of DateTime Column is pretty straightforward - just run Setup.exe from installation package for adding and deploying ArtfulBits.SiteColumns.DateTime.wsp solution. Feature "ArtfulBits DateTime Column" will be added to specified site collections automatically.



Usage Instructions
Using of DateTime column is exactly the same as standard SharePoint Date & Time. You should select appropriate option in the list of available columns at the Create Column page. In the DateTime Special Settings section you can change default settings in order to adjust column mode to your needs.
